My Jeep was my first vehicle. I bought it for roughly $5000 in 2008 from a posting on Craigslist. It was described as a "Beautiful, 1-owner, low mileage, excellent condition Jeep looking for a good home."
This listing caught my attention at first because of it's color, "Patriot Blue Metallic" which is, in my opinion, the best color that Jeep painted the XJ. After seeing it in person, the listing was confirmed to be accurate; the paint was perfect, along with the interior, and it didn't leak anything. As far as I was concerned, it had just rolled off the line, apart from the 67,056 miles the previous owner had given it.
The moment I drove it off the used car lot in Conover North Carolina, the obsession began.
